What if my business and products are not fit for online?

I've heard this question from entrepreneurs and this was also mentioned during the webinar‘How To Take Your Business Online While Working From Home,’ conducted by AFFI and OLERN.

Here's my take on the sentiment mentioned above

Yes, your products or services may not be a good fit for online initiatives but your customers are. People will buy from you when they are aware of you and your offering. We all know that, right? So, the more people see, hear, and learn about you, the higher your chances of staying on top of their minds.

Once your brand or business is on top of the mind of your target customers, the more opportunities are presented for you to establish an emotional relationship with them.

We all know that people buy from brands they know not only because of their products and features but also because they are emotionally invested in that brand or product too.

Now, if you still insist on putting a limit to yourself and choose not to explore how your brand can align with opportunities by having a digital strategy, it's your call.
