Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) are assessment reports required by Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) for businesses whose process/production facilities are not large enough in capacity or scope that environmental impacts are not considered critical. IEE will be the basis for review and issuance of the business' Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC).
