Earlier, I had a productive discussion with a serial entrepreneur on possible digital strategies she can implement.
Her businesses are in the retail industry (RTWs), printing, and now planning to launch another one that's around arts and crafts. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic and how most people are quarantined these days (and the coming months), her existing businesses are taking the blow.
Without being insensitive to the current situation, you can still find tons of ways to keep your brand or business alive.
Here's a simple guide I shared with her that you can also follow:
Yes, you want sales, but it will only come to you if you're able to 'hit home' with your customers or audience.
Then come up with a strategy on how you can reach out and engage with them. These days, they're most likely more open to reading or engaging with your brand because they have more time.
Once you don't limit yourself to just promoting and selling your product or services, the opportunities to align with profitable initiatives will present themselves.
If they are already your satisfied customers, explore opportunities to reward or collaborate with them. If done right, their online activities might just be a great opportunity to complement your marketing efforts.

Many people and brands are now actively increasing their online activities these days more than ever. Other than doing all the work yourself, consider partnering up with others who already have an audience that's complementary to your brand or business.
