AboitizLand Inc signed a partnership with UnionBank to reach out to more potential suppliers with better product offering and pricing through UnionBank GlobalLinker, a digital platform that provides business and networking tools to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
“On behalf of AboitizLand, we are very excited about this new platform especially for us in supply chain management because this will serve as a link or window to the pool of vendors who can meet our requirements,” said Jolan Formalejo, Assistant Vice President of AboitizLand.
“Without UnionBank GlobalLinker, our view (of our suppliers) is very limited. Through this platform, it will benefit our company a lot,” he added.
Present in the signing are Redentor Elli and Dainty Mozo of AboitizLand Inc, and Efren Dancel of Union Bank of the Philippines.
With the partnership, AboitizLand can meet potential suppliers – especially in the construction industry - of over 40,000 MSMEs on UnionBank GlobalLinker that can be part of their growth and expansion.

When asked about their advice to MSMEs who wanted to partner with AboitizLand, Formalejo answered: This is an opportunity for them to be known. If they are really confident with the products or services that they are offering and have the documents to back them up in terms of compliance or regulations, feel free to reach out and contact us.
