In today's world of urbanization, industrialization and globalization, the only thing that we hold up to is our identity, heritage and values. We, as craftsmen, want to serve as a link between the traditional handicrafts of India and the foreign world. We envision a day when even a local artisan can export their craft anywhere in the world and along with the art, even our heritage and values can reach all the parts of the world. A plethora of artisans can be found in India, who have been making these handicrafts for ages. We work with these artisans, help them conserve our ancient and authentic handicrafts practices. Provide them with a platform to reach newer markets and get exposure to the international markets. Due to this they are able to get better knowledge of the market and a fair price for their products. Through this, we aim to help them achieve social and economic empowerment. When a person is empowered economically he will be in a better position to educate his children, which will lead to a positive effect on the literacy levels of the country. Hence, we bring to you the tales, the process and the individuality attached to each handicraft. We believe in sustainable development and an Indian handicraft worker works in harmony with the environment and uses raw material that does not harm the environment. He believes in pre-serving the environment and we want to help him take his idea to the customer. The raw material normally used in these handicrafts is usually natural and biodegradable like recycled paper, wood, etc. Artisans all over India have aced the art of making these handicrafts over generations. These handicrafts represent the true heritage of India which is gradually losing its value. We work with these artisans to bring back the glory attached to it and help the youth connect back to their roots. And we aim to create more awareness about it in the international market so that everyone sees the magic that is created in these small huts. And we also seek to make this an economically viable profession for the artists and their families so that the traditional art flourishes for generations to come.
