Last January 25, 2019, Mompreneurs Club PH in partnership with UnionBank GlobalLinker hosted another learning session for mothers to elevate their financial planning and sales confidence as an entrepreneur at The Ark by UnionBank, Makati City.

Aside from the learning session, participants of the event, dubbed as Holapalooza – a Fab Hello to Sparkling 2019, got the chance to network with their fellow entrepreneurs and shared their reason why they decided to venture entrepreneurship.

The participants were also able to receive practical tips to build their personal brand from Antonette Nicolas, one of the speakers of the event. Meanwhile, Cris Santillan shared strategies about financial management for mompreneurs.

UnionBank also took the opportunity to share the new product that can help mompreneurs in handling their business: The ‘Biz Starter’, a checking account for micro, small, and medium enterprise owners (MSMEs).

Mompreneurs Club PH, founded by Lei Ermitanio, is a community of mothers who are into entrepreneurship with more than 5,000 members.

For moms who want to start their business, Lei left a powerful advice: “Find your passion. But once you find your passion, it doesn’t mean everything will go smoothly. Accept that there will be challenges along the way, but you should not give up.  If you’re really passionate with what you’re doing, you will always find way to make things work. It’s not about finding passion to make things easy, but it’s about finding passion  to make everything work.”
