The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has further adjusted the deadlines for filing the General Information Sheet (GIS) and Audited Financial Statement (AFS) of corporations due to the community quarantine in a notice dated 11 August 2020.

Submissions to the SEC Main Office shall be made only through courier or registered mail using the SEC Express Nationwide Submission (SENS) facility as follows:
Corporations should submit 3 copies of each report or 4 copies if they wish to receive a return copy.
For corporations headquartered outside the NCR, they may submit the AFS and GIS to the nearest SEC Extension in person, subject to any travel restrictions and public health protocols in its area. Corporations may likewise submit through courier or registered mail without using the SENC facility.
Corporations may request for their return copies by including in their submissions prepaid return envelopes with stamps. No request for return copies may be processed on the same day.
Alternatively, they may request for plain or authenticated copies of their AFS, GIS, and other documents through the SEC Express System at https://secexpress.ph 2 months after receipt.
