You can open a business starter account with an initial deposit of P5,000. The maintaining balance for this account is P5,000.00 as well. There are also NO ANNUAL fees for this.

1. For corporation the following documents are required:
a. SEC certificate of incorporation
b. Articles of incorporation
c. Lates General Information Sheet
d. Board Resolution and/or Secretary’s certificate
e. Company logo
2. For sole proprietorship, a DTI registration certificate is required

Note that both also require a business TIN number.
